REGULATIONS OF FREEDOLINA GLAMPING 

We warmly welcome our guests! 

• Check-in starts at. 3:00 p.m. and ends at 11.00 on the last day of stay. 
• Not leaving the tent until 11:00 will be treated as an extension of stay for another day. 
• Guests of Freedolina Glamping upon arrival are kindly requested to contact the staff immediately (by phone) for check-in purposes. Please have a photo ID ready to prove your identity. 
• We respect wildlife, so guests should keep quiet at night 24 hours a day. Behavior of other guests and other causes of disturbance of peace independent of Freedolina Glamping cannot be the basis for claims. 
• Freedolina Glamping has no tools other than asking and admonishing to restore silence. 
• Freedolina Glamping guarantees its guests towels, bed linen and a set of bath cosmetics in each facility, depending on the number of people, FREE OF CHARGE. 
• Organization of special events at Freedolina Glamping is allowed only after prior agreement with the owner. 
• The remaining payment for the stay is collected on the day of arrival at the latest, according to the booked date. It is possible to pay by bank transfer or cash. It is possible to extend the stay at the Guest's request, if the tent is available at the given time. 
• Stay with animals is allowed only after prior agreement with the owner and an additional fee of PLN 30 / day. 
• The guest is obliged to notify the owner of any defects, damage or deficiencies in the tent equipment on the day of arrival. Otherwise, he will be charged with the costs of repair or purchase of missing equipment. 
• All guests have at their disposal a pier by the beach, water equipment, deckchairs, a tub and a dry sauna - please read the rules of using the dry sauna, which is located in the facility. 
• The pond and the lake are without rescue supervision - all responsibility for the safety, especially of children, is borne by the guardians. Other guests use the pond and lake at their own risk. The pond and the lake are not a swimming pool.
• All responsibility for the safety, especially of children on the pier to the island and on the island, is borne by the guardians. Guests use the piers on the beach and on the island at their own risk. 
• At the Freedolina Glamping resort, it is forbidden to disturb the peace and not to comply with commonly used norms of coexistence between people. In the event of non-compliance with these rules, Freedolina Glamping has the right to refuse to continue providing services. 
• It is strictly forbidden to smoke tobacco products and electronic cigarettes in the entire facility, except in designated places. In case of violation of the ban, the Guest will be charged with the cost of refreshing the tent in the amount of PLN 1,000. 
• Children under the age of 12 should be under the constant supervision of legal guardians throughout the glamping. Legal guardians are financially responsible for any damage caused by children. 
• For guests of Freedolina Glamping, we provide free, unguarded parking, which is located on the premises. We are not responsible for any damage or loss of the vehicle and items left in it.
• It is forbidden to move furniture and change equipment without the consent of the owner. 
• Due to fire safety, open fire, candles and electrical devices (e.g. heaters, irons), which are not a permanent element of the tent equipment, must not be used in the tents. The exceptions are chargers and power adapters for laptops. 
• It is forbidden to fry fish in the tents. In case of violation of the ban, the Guest will be charged with the cost of refreshing the tent in the amount of PLN 1,000. 
• Personal belongings left by the departing Guest in the glamping area will be sent at the Guest's request to the address indicated by him, after paying the shipping costs. The items left behind are stored by Freedolina Glamping for one month. 
• In the event of shortening the stay for reasons beyond the control of Freedolina Glamping, the payment for the stay is not refunded. Unregistered persons may stay at Freedolina Glamping from 9:00 - 22:00. 
• The guest is obliged to cover the costs of repairing the damage caused by him in the tents and throughout the glamping, also when the persons visiting him are responsible for the damage. 
• If the Guest cancels the reservation up to 14 days before the start of the reservation, 50% of the paid amount is refunded. Less than 14 days before the start of the reservation, the amount paid is non-refundable. 
• If the Guest does not appear at Freedolina Glamping on the day of starting their reservation, the amount of the deposit paid is forfeited and the guest will be charged the total price of the reservation. 
• It is forbidden to use your own grilling devices, disposable or reusable for safety reasons. Please use the prepared and marked barbecue area (bonfire) at Freedolina Glamping. Coal and briquettes needed to light the grill are organized by guests on their own. Firewood is available on site.
• Freedolina Glamping is obliged to provide appropriate conditions for the Guest's rest, which are consistent with the standard of facilities of a similar category. 
• Freedolina Glamping is obliged to ensure that guests' personal data is protected. 
• Freedolina Glamping has the right to refuse to accommodate a Guest who grossly violated the regulations of the facility during the previous stay. 
• In the event of dissatisfaction with the services provided by Freedolina Glamping, the Guest has the right to submit a complaint by e-mail to the following address: freedolinaglamping@gmail.com. The complaint will be considered within 14 days from the date of its receipt. The complaint should be submitted immediately after noticing the deficiencies in the standard of services provided. 
• Using the services of Freedolina Glamping constitutes acceptance of these regulations. 
• These regulations have been approved by the owners of Freedolina Glamping and are valid from August 20, 2022.
